Location and pricing was great but rooms stuffy

Location was good (right next to train line) along with convenience stores and some small restaurants that were open late.

Rooms are very stuffy and the AC barely worked (didn't cool properly) Opening the windows to get fresh air led to a lot of mosquitos being inside room. I suggest checking AC on the first night and if not working to ask for a room change. (in warmer periods).

Cosy cleaaaaan bedrooom with English speakers and super friendly staff

The reception service was wonderful : they helped me to discover Incheon, taking extended time and care with checks for buses and so on. They provided all the little thingy I needed, iron and universal charger. The hotel is just in front of a subway station; super easy to get around. Bed super comfortable and bathroom pristine. Great panoramic view as well. Stayed 2 nights, they changed the bathroom towel, robe and slippers each day. I have to admit that the pictures of the classified are rather creepy, was gladly surprise the bedroom atmosphere was cosy, clean and not worn ;)

If your neighbors are not quiet, then the wall are super thin (common in Asia); could hear the kiddy next door having fun; I do not mind usually but it was 1am :)

First time here as a tourist so got to see lots of interesting stuff I missed when here for work.

Have stopped here 4 times so that tells you the place is ok. Train station on the other side of the road. Less than an hour to the airport. Plenty of shopping places, markets, tourist bus, etc. only a few stops away, with maybe one transfer. Plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walk. Staff can speak English.

Very Good

I loved the whole room, I was really comfortable being there, as a single traveler it had all I needed.

The strong smell of cigarettes, I was trying to find the main source of the smell but it wasn't possible, I just followed it to the bathroom.

Very Good

The 24 hour check in was great with friendly staff at the counter. Spoke very good and clear English and were very helpful.

The only issue was the water pressure. But still a great valued hotel and close to the airport. Highly recommended.

Wonderful

The lodging was clean, comfortable, and it was conveniently located near a grocer, restaurants, and public transit. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

In the morning, a neighboring guest was smoking. The smell made it's way in our room.

Great value for money

Amazing location next to the train station with plenty of food options and cafe's around it.

Pillows were a bit too hard.

room stanadard quality was ok But I CHOOSEN TO STAY NEAR INCHON AIRPORT, which shows in site but it was too far and it was wrong choice

Great location, super convenient, suitable for traveling or business in Incheon area.

The staff was very helpful and kind during check-in and check-out. Great location, just outside of the Hokopu station. It is easy to go to Incheon station for traveling and the Songdo-do area for business. There is a convenient-store just on the 1st floor and another 7-eleven across the road. Many restaurants around.

On one day, I smelled the tobacco from somewhere (outside of the door? from the windpipe in the toilet? I am not sure). That was the only thing that annoyed me.

Clean and across the street from the metro station. Water and instant coffee are on the house (water heater available). There is a nice coffee shop in the lobby.

For some reason there were a lot of hungry mosquitos in the room ... very agressive :))

Wonderful

Hotel was not central but very close to the Metro-Station you could easily travel wherever you wanted. The staff was very heplful with my first steps in Korea. Good restaurants close to the hotel.

Recommended for exploring Incheon

The hotel is located just a minute walk from the metro, which makes it a great place to stay to explore the city. Staying close to home is no punishment as well, as there are a lot of great bars and restaurants in the direct vicinity. The room is spacious and clean and the personnel friendly and accommodating. If you manage to get a room on the higher floors, you’ll have a nice view as well

The only minor thing we can think about is that the water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger
